Your part
Give us accurate info so we can set things up properly. Review the leads and work we deliver, and follow up. Make sure your use of VARNET fits the laws that apply to your industry.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel from your dashboard or email info@varnet.online with "Cancel" in the subject. Effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No fees.
If you're unhappy with your first paid month, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it. The guarantee doesn't apply to renewals after the first month or to accounts we've terminated for breach.
A few things about AI
Our AI is good, but it's not perfect. It can mishear, misinterpret, or generate incorrect details. Always review what it produces before acting on it. VARNET isn't liable for business decisions made based on AI output.
When our AI answers calls, it announces at the start that the call may be recorded. A few states require all parties to consent to recording — you're responsible for making sure that works for your business and your callers.
If your plan includes outbound calls or texts, you need proper consent from each recipient under the TCPA. If you violate it using VARNET, the liability is on you.
Acceptable use
Don't use VARNET to do anything illegal, scammy, or harassing. Don't try to reverse engineer it. Don't use it to build something that competes with us.
Intellectual property
We own VARNET — the software, models, designs, and brand. You own your data. While you're a customer, we have permission to host and process your data to run the service. We may use de-identified aggregated data to improve our models.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Availability
We aim for 24/7 uptime but don't promise it. Maintenance, third-party outages, and events outside our control may cause downtime.
Suspension and termination
You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, don't pay, or use VARNET in ways that pose a risk. After termination, you can request a copy of your data within 30 days.
No warranty
VARNET is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Liability cap
Our total liability to you is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the past three months, or (b) $100. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
If a third party sues us because of how you used VARNET — your content, your law violations, your missing consents — you'll cover our legal costs and any damages.
Disputes
Email us first and we'll try to resolve things informally. If that fails, disputes go to binding arbitration in Alameda County, California, under AAA rules. You waive class actions. Small claims court is still an option for individual claims.
Governing law
California law governs. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods doesn't apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days' notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
